Bernard Chauveau Editeur presents a new book collection about Domeau et
Pérès, a french publishing company of contemporary furniture which has produced
creations of talented and well-known designers such as Pillet, Bouroullec, Matali
Crasset, Andrée Putman… for about ten years.
An art book about design
The book, thanks to many illustrations, allows us to discover the furniture creations
with innovating lines and high quality finishing. The text written by Bruno Domeau
and Philippe Pérès is their story, a story about how they met and worked with the
designers and about an adventure bringing together tradition and innovation.
The book also presents an exceptional set of illustrations in a portfolio showing
sketches, projects or original drawings by designers, which are hand-coloured with
stencils by an art studio. This book of art illustrations is in limited edition of 500
numbered copies. Publication date is november 2004.
